1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store The Clarity Publishing, available at theclaritypublishing.com (hereinafter: the “Store”).
- The Store is owned and operated by Patrycja Jagodzińska, conducting sales as an unregistered business activity in accordance with Article 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law.

- The Store sells digital products (ebooks) available for download in electronic form.
- The Customer must use the Store in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law, and principles of good conduct.
- Browsing the Store’s offer does not require registration. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge in a manner that allows them to be obtained, stored, and reproduced.
2. Technical Requirements
- To use the Store and download purchased digital products, the following are required:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge),
- an active email address,
- software capable of opening PDF files or other formats specified in the product description.
- The Store is not responsible for the inability to download a product resulting from failure to meet the above technical requirements.
3. Placing Orders
- Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Store’s website.
- The Customer places an order by:
- selecting a product and clicking “Buy now”,
- providing the required personal information,
- choosing a payment method,
- confirming the purchase.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation email. At this moment, the sales agreement between the Customer and the Store is concluded.
- The Customer is obliged to pay for the product according to the chosen payment method.
- The Store is not responsible for the inability to deliver a product due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Customer.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
- Products sold in the Store are digital content delivered electronically.
- Delivery takes place via a download link sent to the Customer’s email address immediately after the payment is recorded.
- The download link remains active for the period specified in the product description or in the email.
- If any issues occur with downloading the product, the Customer should contact the Store.
5. Prices and Payments
- All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices and are expressed in USD
- Available payment methods include:
- electronic payments (e.g., Stripe, PayPal – depending on the configuration),
- traditional bank transfer.
- If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order may be cancelled.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Products
- In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer loses the right to withdraw from a distance contract once digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium has been delivered, provided that:
- the Customer consented to the commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expired, and
- the Customer was informed about losing the right to withdraw.
- Purchase of a digital product in the Store requires the Customer to tick a checkbox confirming the above consent.
- After receiving access to the download link, the Customer cannot withdraw from the contract.
7. Complaints
- The Customer has the right to submit a complaint if the digital product is not in conformity with the contract.
- Complaints should be submitted via email to:

- The complaint should include:
- Customer’s name,
- email address,
- description of the issue,
- proof of purchase.
- Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from the date of submission.
- If the complaint is justified, the Store will:
- provide a corrected version of the product, or
- issue a refund if correction is not possible.
8. Liability and Copyright
- All content available in the Store (ebooks, texts, graphics, materials) is the property of Patrycja Jagodzińska and is legally protected.
- Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright.
- The Customer receives a non-exclusive license for personal use only.
- The Customer may not distribute, copy, resell, share, or make the purchased products publicly available.
9. Personal Data
- The administrator of the Customer’s personal data is Patrycja Jagodzińska.
- Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and, if the Customer agrees, for sending the newsletter.
- The rules of processing personal data are described in the Store’s Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated herein, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
- the Civil Code,
- the Consumer Rights Act,
- the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- The Store is not responsible for technical issues on the Customer’s side that may prevent downloading or accessing the product.
- The Store may amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments do not affect orders placed before the changes come into force.
- These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date they are published on the Store’s website.
