Newsletter Terms and conditions – The Clarity Publishing

These Newsletter Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) define the rules for subscribing to and receiving the newsletter provided by Patrycja Jagodzińska, operating as an unregistered business activity in accordance with Polish law.
The newsletter service consists of sending digital messages containing educational content, updates, marketing information, product recommendations, or special offers related to The Clarity Publishing brand.
The newsletter is provided free of charge.

Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary.
To subscribe, the user must:
provide a valid email address in the subscription form,
confirm their subscription by clicking the verification link (double opt in), if required,
accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
By subscribing, the user agrees to receive email communication from the Store.

The newsletter may include:
educational content connected to digital products or entrepreneurship,
updates about new products or services,
promotional materials, discount codes or bonuses,
invitations to trainings, workshops or mentorships,
free digital materials (lead magnets), if offered.
The frequency of messages is not fixed — emails may be sent occasionally or several times per month, depending on current projects and content.

The administrator of the subscriber’s personal data is Patrycja Jagodzińska.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter and, if applicable, for marketing activities in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The subscriber has the right to access their data, rectify it, limit processing, request deletion, or object to processing.
Providing an email address is necessary to receive the newsletter.

The subscriber may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of any newsletter message.
After unsubscribing, the subscriber will no longer receive newsletter content unless they subscribe again.
Unsubscribing does not affect the legality of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

The subscriber agrees not to provide third-party email addresses without their consent.
The Store is not responsible for:
messages blocked by spam filters,
incorrect or outdated email addresses provided by the subscriber,
technical problems on the subscriber’s side preventing access to email.
The Store may temporarily suspend the newsletter service for maintenance or improvements.

All content sent within the newsletter (texts, graphics, digital materials) is protected by copyright and belongs to Patrycja Jagodzińska.
The subscriber may use the content only for personal purposes and may not distribute, copy, or publish it without permission.

The Store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms.
Subscribers will be informed of significant changes via email.
Continued use of the newsletter after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
